The scheme includes:
- A large shopping centre with over 85 stores focused primarily on personal goods and services (35,000 sq m GLA);
- A luxury hotel establishment (112 rooms);
- A large underground car park (900 spaces) in addition to public parking in the neighbourhood;
- Housing, cafés, bars and quality restaurants.
The project includes the magnificent listed gallery of the 'Passage de la Bourse' (stock exchange), which is a key part of the architectural heritage of the city. It will be a traditional location for luxury shops and boutiques in the Rive Gauche development.
As well as the shopping centre, the wider district in which it is situated is being regenerated. Place Albert 1er will be pedestrianised with neighbouring roads completely reconfigured to improve access and create a buzzing urban quarter. The 'Porte des Arts' gallery will also be built to host artist exhibitions and films.
